Anyone else can set up their own property manually — the same five details come from the Oracle Hospitality Developer Portal (the Environments tab gives you the Gateway URL, Client ID and Client Secret; the Applications tab gives you the Application Key). Saved only on this device, sent only to your OPERA Cloud gateway.
